I am Luckie. IDEA Program Strategist. Equity + Inclusion Change Agent. VR4Good Innovator.

Championing equity requires possessing the right “tools” and applying equity when and where it matters most, requires openness, courage and an abundance of patience.

And I am here for it. Real talk in black and white; asking the questions and doing the work required to break through equity and inclusion barriers, leading to an informed and clearer path FORWARD for us all.

I am a Certified Project Manager, Scrum Master and Cornell University Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional.

My strategic delivery process is Agile and iterative; a seasoned mix of industry experience, formal project methodology and essential flexibility.
