Neora NEXT

Neora NEXT began with an NIL partnership opportunity and became something significantly larger: a proprietary strategic blueprint for how an established beauty and wellness brand could credibly enter and grow within Black and multicultural Gen Z markets.

I architected the initiative across market strategy, brand positioning, athlete and creator partnerships, university engagement, content, technology, operating structure and organizational change.

The work demonstrates how I approach advisory engagements: looking beyond the immediate request, connecting the commercial and organizational requirements, and turning an emerging opportunity into a coherent business initiative.
