Each initiative started by recognizing a gap—whether in technology, education, workforce equity, athletics, or community—and asking what it would take to build something better. Sometimes that means designing a new platform. Sometimes it’s developing a new business model, building a coalition, or creating an entirely new way of thinking about an existing problem.
These ventures reflect how I work beyond enterprise consulting. They bring together strategy, technology, brand development, AI, program delivery, community engagement, and systems thinking to move ideas from concept into action.
